Applied Compression offers North America’s largest selection of low, medium and high pressure compressor and blower packages for these corrosive digester gas applications ranging in size from 3 HP to approximately 750 HP and are designed for pressures from vacuum to as high as 5000 PSIG.

We offer North American packaging expertise, combined with the experience of internationally recognized compressor manufacturer’s including LeRoi, Mapro, Blackmer and Fornovogas.

These packages are designed and fabricated here in North America ensuring compliance with local code requirements including UL, CSA, ASME and OSHA.

Our compressor modules offer a clean, simple design that allows easy access for normal maintenance and are available with a locally mounted and prewired control panel or with the end devices wired to a junction box for a control by a main plant PLC.

Also available are variable speed drive control systems that evenly match compressor capacity to gas production rates.  In periods of low demands the VFD reduces the gas flow rate by reducing the drive speed.  This reduction in drive speed saves power and trims operating costs.
